The Basics and Acidity of compounds.

I was considering what it meant to have either measure on the pH scale and considered there must be a reason we call basics and acids a separate word from covalent and ionic besides a general need to discern the meaning and what it might imply about the mechanics. As far as I can reason it is a means of portraying overlapping covalent bond fields and ionic fields that ultimately are more potent than a simple single atom or ions charge to do so where covalent is basic and ionic is acidic.

The overlapping fields likely have more inertia interacting with simple matter and definitely have unique traits of frequency as well!
