- Turret Trios on Ashgate Sortie I and II. Each map now has two glowing trios: three pads round a combo spire. Build turrets on the pads and they link up. Two that match wake the spire and it fires a COMBO (two Machine Guns: BULLET STORM); three of one family fire its TRIPLE (three Machine Guns: TRACER STORM). The first combo you find in a run calls NEW COMBO. The BUILD HERE rings now stand on the trio nearest the Stabilizer, so your first turrets make a combo straight away.
- Tappy Beat: easier to read. The PERFECT / GOOD / MISS word now sits on a dark badge above the falling lights, so it never hides behind a light of the same colour.
