It will help with the ongoing ticket situation in the server. Owners can make so that only Administrator or higher can enter.

As much as everyone enjoys getting promoted, I believe now half of our staff team only cares about promotions and will only join if ownership mentions the word "promo". Also alot of new people are like middle rank and they have only been here for like 2 weeks. If we were to do this, I think our staff team would adapt to just joining the server and helping it instead of being hungry for promotions.

RDM became an anoying problem, just imagine driveing/patroling and bam somon kills u with an MP5 and then they are just gonna drive away so they escape any moderation punishment.I suggest that all admins/moderators should start temp baning up to 5h if they have warnings. if they get kicked they will just rejoin so that kick was useless.

It blocks alt acc but I have verified with my alt and i deleted my alt acc to verify with this my main acc but it still detects that deleted acc and I can't verify with double counter and i can't apply for admin.

make it so moderators/admins can apply for a promotion with the appy bot . and also make it so u cant spam the application, if possible.

saying something not that bad in a wrong intentian but a person takes it in a bad way while i dint mean it that way and i appologize and do everything and i still get terminated thats how currupt this system is and then i apply again and also do training and you guys dont give me my cmds so i had to ask it in chat and you mute me for 7 days i brought rurp 27 people and brought like 4 alts in ssu time everyday and got 23 hours of shif time you guys are really ungratefull.

the punishment guide is incorrect and needs updating

im following the guide before knowing it was incorrect, then getting told that punishments i reported that i thought other moderators got wrong
but it was not wrong the guide was.

for all the sigmas out there who are unsure of theirselves dont worry, because night will add this role

Recently, alot of raids and alot of mistakes has been made by new mods. Now I'm not saying every new mod has recently done smth wrong but most of them have. Make it so every new staff has to be trained by a staff trainer and then once they have been trained, then they can become a mod and have cmds.
