RDM became an anoying problem, just imagine driveing/patroling and bam somon kills u with an MP5 and then they are just gonna drive away so they escape any moderation punishment.I suggest that all admins/moderators should start temp baning up to 5h if they have warnings. if they get kicked they will just rejoin so that kick was useless.
