I think it would be really fun to allow police to organize raid operations against O.D.T hideout under certain conditions.
For example, if the police have enough evidence or receive intelligence about illegal activities, they could request staff approval to launch a raid. Before entering, officers would surround the area, give the gang members a chance to surrender, and only use force if necessary.
This would create more realistic roleplay, encourage negotiations, tactical planning, and teamwork between both the police and the gang, while also reducing random combat and RDM.
Staff approval could be required to make sure every raid is fair and enjoyable for everyone.
I think this would create some amazing RP scenarios for both sides.

This would be great as the owner would know whats wrong with there staff and why they deserve promotions especially for trial mods like me like if a staff is training me i could at the end rate them so the owner / hr can know why this person is good or not

Make a new gang system where there are 2 gangs u can join, for example: Red and Blue, u can fight for territory and gangs wars can happen.
The gangmembers must have something on their avatar to show which side theyre on. There could also be ranks inside the gang, like sergeant, streetmember and Boss man. This would definiteltly make a 100% better RP for criminals and cops.

Imagine you have 10k worth of guns and valuable, then a random cop comes, pops your tire, and jails you without a single mod in sight. The punishment for all of these is just 2 DAYS OF BAN. I think it should be extended more to punish them better.

Idk how to describe it but alot of these builds are pointless, like the ones at bank and jewelry. They look nice but it makes alot of people just park in the road and that because you can't just go on the path. Please remove these walls besides the road.
