I would say if ur gonna run hyper beam you gotta have max special attack
You can run bulk it can work, but it seems to me like you want it to be a damage dealer no?
I'm messing with it on showdown right now and I've got it bulky and should do damage, if you wanna try that

But leftovers can be good for stalling
