Tyranitar Meganium Team Help for VGC
So I have this team here, I made it to use Lycanroc (I love it) but to also counter all the meta threats I've personally heard about! Therefore, I'm wondering if there are any improvements I could make for the team, any flaws, and any pokemon changes I could make. The only thing I'm not willing to change is Lycanroc being in the team

In terms of Tyranitar EV's I wanted him to be strong but more bulky.
Also extra note I didn't know what to give Gliscor for item
Since this is tailwind and not like a sand room esc team there’s a few things I’d change as a sand spammer myself,

Make lycanroc adamant since it’s our main damage dealer here it should be doing so

Make basculegion scarf, this will give you insurance into Garchomp (1 of sands hardest matchups)

Since gliscor is your speed control go for a more bulky set

Make the gambit chople berry and calc it to live a sneasler close combat

Use dragon dance ttar instead of iron head, this allows you to run bulkier sets on your ttar since your intention is to boost up anyways

On gambit, does it need to live a choice band close combat or js normal?

On ttar do i change any stats?

For the bulkier set on Gliscor do i need to change any moves or js stats?
Stats in ttar and scor on gambit choice band isn’t in the game yet so just living a lose combat from a no damage boosting item sneasler is enough

As far as changing the team I like where it’s at you just have to skill check your opponents the rain mus is prolly the hardest because it’s being spammed the most, I’d say bring ttar and meganium into that matchup and don’t mega ttar
Your basc has ice fang for chomp
And as far as trick room you have to stall it out via protect and proactive switching
