Old Team Needs Some Fixing

An old team that I want to update. I've been struggling to deal with Indeedees recently, am wondering if I should just give Sableye rain dance and drop pelliper for something better, and generally wonder if y'all see any easy to fix issues with my team.
Venusaur Archaludon rain is something I would like to keep but everything else is free to go.

I think I am prioritizing Venusaur mega and archaludon out of personal preference, so those two I cannot get rid of. Why would you choose rillaboom and what does he do well?
