There’s a clear idea here with rain supporting Archaludon and Vivillon providing Tailwind. I’d start with two small move changes rather than replacing the whole team: Fake Out over U-turn on Lopunny, and Stomping Tantrum over Earthquake on Garchomp. Fake Out gives you another way to help Vivillon get Tailwind up, while Stomping Tantrum avoids hitting your own Archaludon, Incineroar or Politoed.

A simple opening to practise is Incineroar + Vivillon when Fake Out has a valid target, with Politoed and Archaludon behind. You can then bring rain in for Archaludon’s one-turn Electro Shot. Sleep Powder is useful, but Grass-types ignore powder moves and Electric Terrain protects grounded Pokémon from sleep, so check those before committing to it. You don’t need Hypnosis to land for this team to have a plan.
