Weaknesses:
- Hydrokinesis and Electrokinesis attacks are a big weakness. Especially for his tech, since they're not water proof. And the electric attacks could cause them to glitch.
- Overusing his tech could lead in glitches or worse. His tech might even malfunction or just shut off if he overuses it's power.
- If he's hovering in the air with his boots and there are strong winds... he got get thrown off or lead a direction that he wasn't originally heading towards to.

Backstory: Neon was born from a mixed species family. His father being a mink and his mother being a tenrec. However... when he turned 10, they found out that he didn't have powers. So they were trying their hardest to find another solution from the futuristic dimension he's from.

When he turned 16, he had discovered a passion of his. That being Inventing gadgets and devices to help others protect themselves, including himself. His first few gadgets failed however... But after all those failures, he finally succeeded. Having first created his own tech gadgets. Then making more for those other powerless mobians in his dimension.

Unfortunately... when he was 20- His father got killed in a battle that he didn't attend to. His mother opened a portal and had him leave to a safer place. Now... How did he end up here? He doesn't know himself but... he wants to give it a shot and try to help or protect as many people as possible.

Plenty of people constantly report Starz to the authorities but, due to her quick thinking she’s yet to genuinely be documented as even remotely existing outside of being Talia’s daughter who went off to college..

• A 3 strike technique where each strike is filled with explosive power that causes the target’s body to be under an intense burning sensation. This requires Anarchy energy to pull off.

• Miranda focuses to prepare a powerful palm strike, if this is blocked the technique fails. But if it manages to land, if someone is using Anarchy Energy then they are forced to stop as the energy within their body is completely forced to a dormant state temporarily in that moment. (1 turn)

• To those using anarchy super, their forms are actually weakened unless Miranda is transformed herself where she can completely destabilize their form for 1 turn.

• Note: Once more, can be improved for other forms snd energies but rp requirements.

• Apocalypse

• A powerful technique that takes a turn to fully activate and surrounds the user in anarchy energy, this is only accessible in anarchy super. But once the charge is completed the user sends a massive beam into the sky before a storm forms from the blast, raining down lightning bolts of pure anarchy energy that constantly attack the user’s opponents for 5 turns.

Powers and Abilities

Orpheus wields a large and heavy sword which he has trained to swing with ease for many years. The sword is soul bonded to him so if he were to drop it, the sword were to be stolen, etc he can easily recall it or it will find its way back. He is agile, able to jump at good height and move quickly, good at hand on hand combat. The sword itself can cause damage, it’s made of the stone, steel, and debris from the Ancient Ruins he protected. Therefore, there is some strange kind of energy emitting from the sword itself. It will randomly glow a soft purple hue.

Strengths:

His sword is his strength, it makes him who he is. Wielding the sword itself requires an insane kind of power, meaning he is strong but his sword is what completes him as a character.

Weaknesses:

Without his sword, he is able to keep up in a fight but not able to do much other than block and run. If it’s a fight against elemental forces, all he can do is try to avoid being hit. His sword is a shield as much as it is a weapon.

BACKGROUND

Backstory:

Orpheus was born into an isolated order of guardians known as the Labyrinth, a clan tasked for generations with guarding ancient ruins where dangerous, forgotten energy sources were sealed away. Unlike the others in his clan, as a child, the Elder of the Labyrinth felt as if he was the one to wield The Blade of Secrets and watched him grow. He was strong, thoughtful, gentle, and when the test came, the sword chose him as its wielder and after training for a very long time, Orpheus successfully held the sword and properly found a way to use it.

But almost four years ago, the Ruins of the Labyrinth fell to rumble. Labyrinths survivors found another cave and now tries to rebuild what they’ve lost but Orpheus protects from afar. A knight whose mission is now to ensure he keeps true to his word to the Chief who passed.

Powers/Abilities: Psychokinesis: The ability to move things with his mind. Or with powers depending on how you take it.

Electronic Transmission: Similar to what Admin can do, just that his use for it differs slightly.
- He summons a Crossbow made from that energy + three psychokinetic orbs to launch at once. Usually doesn't use it unless he's in a fight though.
- Cyan cubes maybe appear when he uses his powers. But they disappear afterwards.

Strengths: Ranged Combat: He is definitely better at this type of combat. Usually is quite cautious and careful the rage he is attack from.

Flight/Levitation: Due to being able to use psychokinesis... he can technically lift himself in the air. This allows him to travel faster to places.

Weaknesses:
- Since he's too used to his abilities, which means he technically isn't capable of running fast. Yes, he can run but he'd probably be in trouble. So his best "running speed" is 40. Which isn't as fast compared to Sonic or Shadow.

• He also has a weight limit of 300 pounds he can use his psychokinesis. Physically not that strong either. He can only lift 30 pounds.

• He only gets three rounds of orb shots per rp (Which would be 9 orbs in total). If he attempts to exceed that... it could drain a lot of power from him. This would include overusing his psychokinesis powers in general.

• He also can't be outside from media for too long. He'd have to return back to any form of media/device.

Equipment: Crossbow.
