Server Announcement

@Announcements

Good morning everyone, I hope you're all doing well this morning (or evening for other timezoners).
I wanted to touch base quickly with you all on a few things.

Whenever you feel uncomfortable or feel like someone is causing issues to you, the server, or anyone else in this server, please report the user here: #❔「contact-staff」

We also have a quick report feature now in the server which you can use in the #「🤖」bot-channel and all you have to do is type /report

I strongly want to express that if a user and it does not matter if the user is a part of staff, report them anyways. I take reports very seriously but if I'm unaware of how you guys feel or are being treated when I'm not active, I cannot help you appropriately. Your safety and concerns come first to me. I don't care to kick nor ban a user if they are causing issues on my own accord, but I do try to follow our strike system I have setup for staff and want to be fair where I can be, so use the report feature moving forward.

This will be the last time I mention this feature as this has been a reoccurring issue in this server.
Moving onto the other things I wanted to discuss.

Belated Anniversary

The server has officially hit 2 years old as of October 14th. It completely passed me that it has been this long since most of you have joined this server when I created it, for the ones who have stuck around this long I truly appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. I hope that the future has more fruit to behold for this server, once this inactivity funk passes. Happy Birthday Shadowrift.

Staff Update

Chloe has been demoted due to inacitivty.
Kage has been demoted and banned from the server due to his behavior and from abandoning his admin duties, without notice.
@SoulSniper - Has been promoted to Helper.
@King_Glitch - Has been promoted to Helper.

Congratulations to the two new Helpers in joining our team.

Purges and XP, Moving Forward

I have decided to do inactivity purges bi-monthly. You all are safe for this month but my boundary still stands, when joining this server you must be AT LEAST @『 Level 5 』Newblood and somewhat active within the two months before the next purge.

Moving forward, I will have weekend XP boosts for the server. This means you can gain more XP during weekends if you are in a VC or just chatting within the server.

That is all for the announcements.
