Envisioners, this is a major milestone for R:E City.
Our first finished major official expansion system has been added to the server:
This is not just another job. This is a full extraction-contract system where players can hire mercenaries, deploy into dangerous raid zones, recover loot, complete objectives, customize weapons, manage stash items, and extract before things go bad.
Operation CNTR:E launches with:
🧬 Viral — a contaminated facility raid with infected pressure, gas, objectives, and first-person survival tension.
⚓ Dockyard Sweep — a tactical dockyard raid with hostile combat, loot recovery, high-profile caches, and extraction pressure.
🪖 Mercenary progression with tiered loadouts and clearer upgrade value.
🔫 Weapon Workshop support for stash weapons and merc loadout weapons.
🎒 Stash + vendor improvements with safer junk selling.
📊 Raid debrief/results screens after extraction, failure, or KIA.
👥 Squad readiness polish for smoother co-op deployments.
🎮 Updated raid controls, immersion polish, objective flow, extraction polish, and more.
This update represents a huge step toward what R:E City is meant to become: a city with real long-term activities, progression, risk, rewards, and unique gameplay systems.
Please read the full patch notes before jumping in.
There are important details about how mercs work, raid controls, stash/vendor changes, weapon customization, extraction rules, and future expansion plans.

Envisioners, CityPulse just got its biggest upgrade yet.
With CityPulse v2.0, the app is evolving from a basic city feed into a true City Command Center — helping players quickly understand what is happening, where the action is, and what they can do right now.
This update is focused on making R:E City easier to navigate, easier to join, and easier to stay engaged with.
CityPulse v2.0 is designed to answer:
What’s happening right now?
Where should I go?
What districts are active?
Are there events, crises, businesses, sponsors, or games to check out?
How is my reputation growing in the city?
Instead of players feeling lost, CityPulse now helps point them toward active opportunities.
The new CityPulse dashboard highlights:
Live events
Hot districts
City alerts
Business activity
Sponsor and collab opportunities
R:E Games activity
Player recognition
Recommended things to do now
The goal is simple:
Open CityPulse and instantly see where the city feels alive.
CityPulse now helps players discover active content faster, including:
Hot districts
Public events
Crisis activity
Business opportunities
Arcade and R:E Games activity
Sponsor and collab opportunities
Reputation-building activities
This is especially useful for new and returning players who want to jump in quickly.
Districts now feel more alive with clearer information about:
Hype
Trust
Danger
Activity
Business movement
City pressure
Recommended direction
Each district should feel like a living part of the city with its own momentum, risks, and opportunities.
CityPulse v2.0 also improves visibility for:
Active events
Crisis alerts
Danger zones
Player fame
Player heat
Top performers
Business visibility
Sponsor impact
Collab participation
Festival activity
The city should feel like it notices what players are doing.
Alongside CityPulse v2.0, we have also completed more Grand Opening preparation.
A new starter system is being built to help new and returning players know what to do within their first 10 minutes in R:E City.
Players will be guided toward starter paths like:
Get Your First Vehicle
Find Your First Legal Money Route
Explore the City
Meet People
Start a Hobby
Find Action
Build Reputation
Join an Event
This includes a one-time starter bike rental near the airport spawn so new players can get moving immediately.
R:E City already has a lot to do.
CityPulse v2.0 makes that content easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to jump into.
Whether players want to become a performer, business owner, responder, criminal, competitor, social figure, or city celebrity — CityPulse is now better equipped to help them find their next step.
Live city dashboard
Activity discovery
Hot district visibility
Event and crisis routing
Player reputation guidance
Business and sponsor opportunity signals
R:E Games visibility
Grand Opening starter guidance
New player retention support
CityPulse v2.0 is not just another app update.
It is a foundation for making R:E City feel more readable, more active, and more player-ready.
||||
Grand Opening will be announced soon™ in the very near future 🔥
||||
Mega-crises can now affect districts, trigger emergency broadcasts, create public safety warnings, track lawful vs unlawful participation, and leave consequences behind after the chaos ends.
CityPulse now shows stronger crisis alerts, district safety status, recovery watches, danger levels, and “what’s happening now” urgency.
The city is watching.
So is CityPulse.
||||
CityPulse v1.8 and RE:FestivalFramework v3.6.1 are now live.
This update adds rankings, reputation visibility, sponsor-backed festivals, festival collab roles, business visibility rankings, district rankings, sponsor impact tracking, collab participation tracking, and festival stat tie-ins.
Players can now gain more public recognition through fame, heat, businesses, festivals, sponsors, collabs, and district activity.
Festival roles now include Performer, Vendor, Promoter, Media, Security, Host, and Attendee, giving players more ways to participate and be recognized.
CityPulse now better shows who is making moves in Re:Envision City.
The city is watching.
Time to build your name.
||||
CityPulse v1.7 and the new Business Systems Alpha are now live!
CityPulse has upgraded the Sponsors and Collabs tabs into real opportunity boards. Players can now post sponsor offers, create collab listings, apply/show interest, accept responses, complete opportunities, and earn Fame, CityPulse XP, district Hype, and feed visibility.
The Business app also received a major Alpha update. Businesses now have dynamic customer activity, claimable customer revenue, Customer Insights, Market Intel, NPC shop competition, Local Advertising Push, and CityPulse-connected business momentum.
This update is a big step toward making R:E City feel more alive, connected, and player-driven.
Creators, performers, promoters, business owners, venues, and Envisioners looking to build something now have more ways to connect and grow inside the city.
Please test:
Report anything that feels broken, unclear, too strong, too weak, or confusing.
Open your phone, check CityPulse and the Business app, and start building something with the city. 🌆✨

Peasants & Paladins is entering Closed Beta Testing.
This is our instanced medieval-fantasy side mode inside the city, built around:
We are now at the point where the mode is playable enough to test seriously, and I need focused testers who are willing to help break it, report issues clearly, and help shape the system before wider release.
We are specifically testing:
This is not a content-complete release.
This beta is for:
Testers should:
Good feedback includes:
The biggest priorities are:
I have a Closed Beta Test Pack ready with:
That will be shared alongside testing so feedback stays organized.
If you join this beta, the goal is not just to “try it once.”
The goal is to help turn this into something solid.
Break it.
Push it.
Report it.
Help refine it.
Peasants & Paladins is close.
Now it needs real testing.

CityPulse v1.6

🔥 This is one of our biggest gameplay/system updates yet.

🚨 CITYPULSE v1.5 IS HERE 🚨
CityPulse just took a major step forward.
Up until now, districts could feel active, quiet, dangerous, trusted, or full of opportunity in the moment.
With v1.5, districts now begin to remember pressure over time.
This update introduces the foundation for district influence and territorial momentum — which means city activity is no longer just a short burst on the feed. Repeated actions now start pushing districts in real directions.
A district is no longer only:
Now it can actually begin to feel like it is:
This is the first layer of districts developing identity through repeated player activity.
Districts now track:
This creates a real directional trend for each area instead of only showing a temporary snapshot.
Districts now slowly move back toward neutral over time unless activity keeps pushing them.
That means influence has to be maintained, not just triggered once.
Scenario outcomes now feed directly into the new influence system.
That means:
City incidents now contribute to unlawful pressure depending on their severity.
Repeated disruption can now help push a district toward:
Responder activity now helps districts push back toward order.
Lawful presence and stabilizing actions can now help move areas toward:
The Districts tab now includes a full Influence Panel, showing:
This makes it easier to understand not just what a district feels like right now — but where it is heading.
This update is important because it creates the first real foundation for future systems like:
This is not full territory warfare yet.
This is the system that makes those future features possible in a way that feels earned.
Before v1.5:
“Something happened here.”
Now:
“This district has been getting pushed in a direction.”
That is a huge change for how the city feels.
As you play, keep an eye on districts changing based on repeated activity.
If a district keeps getting hit with pressure, it should begin to reflect that.
If players keep responding and building things back up, that should start showing too.
It is becoming the city’s memory.
And this is only the start.
More is coming. 👀

🚨 Crisis Events v1 is now live in Re:Envision City! 🚨
The city can now fall into real trouble.
We’ve officially rolled out Crisis Events v1, a new district-wide live event system built to make the world feel more volatile, reactive, and alive. These are not just missions. These are district conditions that can push players into response, sabotage, opportunity, and chaos in real time.
Crisis Events can now hit a district and place it under real pressure.
Current launch crisis types:
We kept pushing away from command-heavy gameplay.
Crisis actions now use:
Each crisis can:
This gives districts a stronger sense of real-time instability instead of feeling static.
Crisis Events are built to work with CityPulse so the city actually knows when things are going wrong.
That includes:
Crisis Events are not just for responders.
Depending on the event, players can:
This means crises create both response gameplay and opportunist gameplay.
Crisis Events can now help generate related live scenario opportunities, helping tie the district pressure system into the broader activity loop.
That means crises are not just isolated events — they can help create follow-up content and city momentum.
This release also includes:
Crisis Events push the city closer to feeling like a real, shifting world.
Instead of districts just existing as background scenery, they can now:
That means the city is starting to develop actual pressure, not just content.
Crisis Events v1 lays the groundwork for bigger district systems moving forward:
Jump in and tell us:
The city can now break down.
What you do next decides whether it recovers. 🌆⚠️
|| ||
This update turns CityPulse into a much stronger “What can I do right now?” tool.
You can now use CityPulse to find live activity, trending districts, scenario missions, nearby opportunities, lawful/unlawful options, hobby scenes, and waypoint-ready things to check out around the city.
The full changelog is attached below, and it breaks down everything added in v1.4 — including Quick Picks, better Hobbies guidance, Scenario Mission surfacing, District Opportunity Cards, routing improvements, and smarter low-activity suggestions.
If you’re wondering where to go, what’s happening, or how to jump into the city faster:
📲 Open CityPulse. Find the action. Get involved.

🚨 Scenario Missions v1 is now live in Re:Envision City! 🚨
The city just got a whole lot more alive.
We’ve officially rolled out Scenario Missions v1, a new live-world activity system designed to make Re:Envision City feel active, reactive, and worth jumping into at any moment. These missions are bigger than standard tasks, tied into district momentum, and built to push players into real activity across the map.
Scenarios can now appear around the city and wait for players to jump in.
Current launch scenarios:
We’ve pushed away from command-heavy gameplay as much as possible.
That means scenarios now support:
Commands are mainly kept for admin/testing/debug use now.
Players can now use the Scenario Board to see what’s active and jump in more easily.
The active mission tracker has also been cleaned up so it’s easier to follow during a scenario.
Scenario Missions now tie into the city loop more directly.
That includes:
Scenarios no longer have to rely only on manual staff spawning.
The system now supports:
Scenarios now have better logic behind where and why they appear.
District condition can now help influence what kind of live content is more likely to show up, helping the city feel more reactive instead of random.
This release also includes a major closeout pass on:
Scenario Missions are a major step toward making the city feel like a place where something is always happening.
Instead of waiting around and asking “what should I do?”, the city can now start answering that question on its own.
With Scenario Missions v1 in place, this pushes us closer to the next major CityPulse improvements and the broader live-world content roadmap.
More scenario depth, better CityPulse activity guidance, and stronger district/world reactions are all on the table from here.
As always, jump in, test it, break it, and tell us how it feels.
We want to know:
The city is evolving. Now go answer the call. 🌆
|| ||
The city just got a whole lot more reactive. 🔥🌆
This update pushes CityPulse further beyond being just a phone app and deeper into becoming a real city activity system. Crime, public danger, responder presence, and organized movement now have a stronger impact on how districts feel and what the city feed reflects. 📈🚨
CityPulse now responds more directly to what players are doing across the map. Districts can shift based on momentum, pressure, danger, activity, and responder influence, making the city feel more alive, more unstable, and more player-driven. ⚡
The city is starting to feel more connected.
A district with active responders should feel different from one under pressure.
A quiet part of the map should feel different from one building toward chaos.
Major activity is starting to shape the atmosphere of the city in a more visible way. 🔥⚠️✅
That is the core of CityPulse v1.3.
This closes out the current v1.3 integration pass for now. A few systems were reviewed and held back for later due to limited access or less reliable integration paths, but this update already adds a major new layer to how the city reacts.
Get in, stir things up, respond to it, and see how the city moves. 🌃📱

📌 Changelog — Quest-Giver NPCs v1 Complete
The next major gameplay loop for the city is now in place.
This phase focused on building a repeatable NPC-driven quest system that gives players more things to do across the world outside of staff-driven events or random player activity.
What was completed:
🧍 Quest-Giver NPC Framework Added
✅ Four Starter Quest Types Implemented
This gives the city its first set of repeatable structured activities across both lawful and unlawful gameplay paths.
🎯 Objective Flow & Progression Built
📦 Prop-Based Quest Interaction Added
🗺️ Routing & Activity Guidance Improved
🔧 Stability & Cleanup Pass Completed
✅ Result
Re:Envision City now has a working repeatable NPC quest system that supports structured activity across the city and creates a stronger gameplay loop between live events.

📱 CityPulse v1.2 — Living Districts Update is Now Live
CityPulse just got a major upgrade.
Version 1.2 takes the app beyond being just a phone menu and pushes it closer to what it was always meant to be: a system that helps the city feel alive, reactive, and shaped by player activity.
🌆 Living Districts
Districts now track more than static Hype and Trust. They also react to what is happening in real time, including player presence, recent momentum, live category pressure, and notable influence within the area.
👥 Active Player Presence
CityPulse now tracks which districts players are physically gathering in. Districts can recognize when people are building a scene, moving crowds, or clustering into hotspots.
⭐ Player Influence Scoring
Not every player presence is treated the same anymore. Fame, Heat, and live activity now help determine how strongly a player influences the feel of a district. A well-known creator, rising figure, or high-heat presence can now affect district behavior far more than random foot traffic.
🎵🎯 Activity-Based District Identity
Live activity and recent behavior now help shape what a district is currently known for. Music, cars, nightlife, business, sports, and community activity can all help drive a district’s live category.
📈 District Momentum
Districts now remember what has been happening recently. Live activity and completed events contribute to short-term momentum, helping areas feel like they are building, surging, stabilizing, or becoming volatile.
🧠 Smarter District Mood Logic
District moods are now far more dynamic. Instead of only feeling flat or generic, districts can now read as:
This gives CityPulse a much better sense of the city’s social atmosphere.
📰 Automated District Feed Updates
CityPulse can now automatically generate district-related feed posts when something important is happening. That means the app can report on rising hotspots, growing crowds, trusted scenes, unstable areas, and district momentum without relying only on manual player-created posts.
📊 Districts Page Overhaul
The Districts tab now has a much stronger read on each area, including improved status summaries, player counts, energy, risk, momentum, mood, spotlight influence, and category pressure. District data should now feel far more useful and immersive.
CityPulse v1.2 is a big step toward making the city feel responsive.
This update helps turn districts into social zones with identity instead of just map areas with numbers. It gives more meaning to hosting events, building fame, stirring up attention, and becoming known in the city.
The goal is simple:
make the city feel like it reacts to the people shaping it.
This update lays the groundwork for even deeper district behavior, stronger event impact, richer city storytelling, and more connected systems moving forward.
For now, jump in, create activity, build your name, stir up your district, and watch the city respond.
CityPulse v1.2 is live.
📦 Changelog — NPC Shop Utility Pass Complete
The next layer of city utility has officially been completed.
This phase focused on strengthening the everyday world loop by improving NPC-supported shop access across the city, making sure players have more consistent access to important goods without muddying the purpose of each store type.
What was completed:
💊 Pharmacies Added
🔫 Gun Stores Restored
🛒 NPC Shop Inventory Audit
✅ Result
The city now has stronger baseline utility support through its NPC shop network, giving players better access to key items while helping the world feel more complete and functional.
more soon
This update pushes CityPulse further into being a real city activity system instead of just a phone app page. The goal for this update was to make the city feel more alive, make district momentum matter more, and connect player activity to the world around them.
Added a Live Right Now section to the Feed so players can quickly see what the city is currently buzzing about

Added player reputation mood tracking through Fame, Heat, district Hype, and district Trust
Added a CityPulse Status view so players can check their current district, district mood, Fame, Heat, and overall reaction state

Added live CityPulse notifications when fresh activity is created
Districts now track and display:
Hype
Trust
current live activity count
recent activity count
district status label
Player activity now has a stronger connection to district momentum
The city can now reflect whether an area is calm, active, buzzing, or hot
Players can now push city activity through the CityPulse broadcast menu with support for:
- Live DJ Set

- Sports Session
- Beach Party
- Nightlife Buzz
These broadcasts now feed into CityPulse more cleanly and help shape district momentum.
Improved Fame and Heat integration
Added district-based reaction evaluation
Added reputation mood states like:
Normal
Noticed
Celebrated
Uneasy
Infamous
NPCs can now react differently depending on how known, trusted, or dangerous a player feels in a district

CityPulse v1.1 is now a much stronger foundation for future world-driven updates, city reactivity, and player-driven momentum systems.
More to come.
The city now tracks rising events, district hype, hobbies, rankings, collabs, sponsors, fame, and heat — and your actions can start shaping how the city responds to you.
This is the start of a bigger social and reputation-driven gameplay loop, and the first players to move will have the best chance to make their mark early.
