Yeah, I’d build this more around Scrafty + Primarina rain balance.

The idea is already good, but I think the team needs a cleaner structure. Right now it has a few cool pieces, but it feels like it’s trying to do too many different things at once.

Since you want to keep Mega Scrafty and Primarina, I think the best weather interrupt is Pelipper.

Pelipper gives you rain, which does three really useful things:

It removes opposing weather.
It makes Primarina’s Liquid Voice Hyper Voice stronger.
It gives you Tailwind and Wide Guard support.

I’d probably cut Staraptor first, then Hisui Arcanine. They are strong, but they make the team feel more fragile. This version gives you a lot more control.

Scrafty @ Scraftinite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 28 HP / 32 Atk / 4 Def / 2 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Fake Out
Primarina @ Life Orb
Ability: Liquid Voice
Level: 50
EVs: 28 HP / 4 Def / 32 SpA / 2 SpD
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Protect
Pelipper @ Focus Sash
Ability: Drizzle
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Weather Ball
- Hurricane
- Tailwind
- Wide Guard
Gholdengo @ Leftovers
Ability: Good as Gold
Level: 50
EVs: 20 HP / 32 SpA / 14 Spe
Modest Nature
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot
- Protect
Sinistcha @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Hospitality
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 24 Def / 10 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Matcha Gotcha
- Trick Room
- Rage Powder
- Protect
Farigiraf @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Armor Tail
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 24 Def / 10 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Psychic
- Helping Hand
- Trick Room
- Protect

The team would play like this:

Scrafty is your Mega and your main physical pressure. It also gives Fake Out and Intimidate, which helps Primarina or Gholdengo get safer turns.

Primarina becomes one of your main win conditions. In rain, Liquid Voice Hyper Voice becomes much scarier, and Calm Mind lets it punish slower games.

Pelipper is your weather control. It removes sun, sand, and snow, while also giving Tailwind and Wide Guard. Wide Guard is huge because it protects you from annoying spread moves like Rock Slide, Earthquake, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Eruption, and Make It Rain.

Gholdengo gives you another strong special attacker. It also likes rain because Fire damage into it gets weakened.

Sinistcha gives Rage Powder, healing, and Trick Room. It helps Primarina set Calm Mind and helps Gholdengo get safer Nasty Plot turns.

Farigiraf gives you a second Trick Room option and blocks priority with Armor Tail. Helping Hand also makes Primarina, Gholdengo, or Scrafty hit much harder.

So the team has two main modes.

Fast mode is Pelipper + Primarina or Pelipper + Gholdengo, using rain and Tailwind to pressure quickly.

Slow mode is Farigiraf + Scrafty or Sinistcha + Primarina, using Fake Out, Rage Powder, and Trick Room to play a bulkier game.

Overall, I think this keeps your original idea but gives it a much better backbone: Scrafty for pressure, Primarina as the main special win condition, Pelipper for weather control, and Sinistcha/Farigiraf to stop the team from folding into speed control.
