Has anyone come across a snow+rain team? Even if this isnt it, maybe we can come up with something that works and fits the request more or less
I mean if you want I could cook but would probably be trickroom or remove Obamasnow because it is just so slow

Yep, it's kind of complicated, to be honest. If Froslass learned Power Gem or Alolan nine Zard Y wouldn't be such a big problem
