I'd set up a one-world government where I would use my omniscience to solve all global issues and my omnipotence to execute and enforce them. I would encourage people to abandon religion but not force them to if they still wanna believe in one way or another. I'd intervene whenever someone did a bad thing to somebody else and allow people to have personal lines of communication with me to ask them questions about their future and what to do in certain situations. Lastly, I would grant wishes and give people the option of immortality.
