POWER
Powers/Abilities: Psychokinesis: The ability to move things with his mind. Or with powers depending on how you take it.
Electronic Transmission: Similar to what Admin can do, just that his use for it differs slightly.
- He summons a Crossbow made from that energy + three psychokinetic orbs to launch at once. Usually doesn't use it unless he's in a fight though.
- Cyan cubes maybe appear when he uses his powers. But they disappear afterwards.
Strengths: Ranged Combat: He is definitely better at this type of combat. Usually is quite cautious and careful the rage he is attack from.
Flight/Levitation: Due to being able to use psychokinesis... he can technically lift himself in the air. This allows him to travel faster to places.
Weaknesses:
- Since he's too used to his abilities, which means he technically isn't capable of running fast. Yes, he can run but he'd probably be in trouble. So his best "running speed" is 40. Which isn't as fast compared to Sonic or Shadow.

He also has a weight limit of 300 pounds he can use his psychokinesis. Physically not that strong either. He can only lift 30 pounds.

He only gets three rounds of orb shots per rp (Which would be 9 orbs in total). If he attempts to exceed that... it could drain a lot of power from him. This would include overusing his psychokinesis powers in general.

He also can't be outside from media for too long. He'd have to return back to any form of media/device.

CHARACTER
Personality: He's over all a sweetheart, a bit innocent and clueless about certain terms, he's quite an optimistic guy though. He usually isn't quick to anger, but provoking him is definitely asking for a death wish. He's also protective to those he trust.
Likes: Helping others, apples, moon patterns and just being around anyone he trusts.
Dislikes: Any villain or bad guy in general, rudeness, anything that looks, smells or seems gross and feeling out of place.
Fears: Loosing those he trusts the most and not being good enough.
Alignment: Neutral Good.
BACKGROUND
Faction/group: Individual.
Backstory: Also being from the VR game- Sonic Genesis... Cleric had wandered where Admin had went. As he attempted to search for him in the game and stayed for a while. Not knowing what to to. But he did know how the number of the game were fluctuating.
Eventually... after a while of waiting- He decided it was the best to look for his friend else where. Traveling from media to media, to be able to find him. As the longer it was that the blue blur was gone, the more stressed he got.
He eventually landed here- and now feels quite confused on where he is.
Just like Admin, however... He is aware that he isn't the real Silver. But he also has a strong connection to Genesis. Which would explain why it probably lead him here.
Extra: - His eyes change to cyan when using his powers. They normally go back to normal after a while.
- Technically can also go super but normally refuses to unless it's necessary. His eyes are a shade of purple in this form however.
Picture/Description: Technically also wears a poncho with the same moon patterns, as the orbs on his armlet.
