servers every thirty minutes.
Example: You bump server A at 2:00 PM (so you/any member can bump it again 2 hours later, at 4:00 PM). At 3:40 PM, vou bump server B ( you can bump that server again in 2 hours, at 5:40 PM). At 4:00 PM, you should be able to bump server A again. But since you just bumped another server twenty minutes ago, and you can only bump different servers every thirty minutes, you'll have to wait until the end of those thirty minutes - so ten minutes left. at 4:10 PM, to bump a new server, which would be server A.
Keep Bumping server ( 1 time in two hour by only 1 member)
