I understand that people have lives, school, work, and other responsibilities. I'm not expecting everybody to be online 24/7. But there's a difference between being busy and completely abandoning the server.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. NOW.

I want to see people communicating, attending sessions, helping with RP, and actually making this server worth being a part of again. If you want Houston Texas Role Play to survive, then start acting like a member of this community instead of a name sitting on the member list.

I'm done sugarcoating this. I'm done pretending everything is fine when the server is barely breathing. We cannot keep putting effort into a community that its own members refuse to support.

IF YOU WON'T STEP UP, SOMEBODY ELSE WILL. IF YOU WON'T DO YOUR JOB, SOMEBODY ELSE CAN. AND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HERE, NOBODY IS FORCING YOU TO STAY.

If you still care about Houston Texas Role Play, fucking SHOW IT. Stop making excuses, start participating, and help bring this server back to life.

GET ACTIVE. STEP THE FUCK UP. OR MAKE ROOM FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL.

— Houston Texas Role Play Management

🚨 — HOUSTON TEXAS ROLE PLAY 🚨

I'M GOING TO BE COMPLETELY FUCKING HONEST.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THIS SERVER?! This server is practically DEAD, and I'm getting sick and tired of watching it sit here with barely anybody active. We have a whole damn RP server, and for what? So it can collect dust while nobody shows up?!

A roleplay server doesn't stay alive by itself. It takes MEMBERS who actually give a shit, show up, participate, and help make sessions enjoyable. We can't keep calling this a roleplay community when nobody wants to participate in the community!

I'M TIRED OF TRYING TO KEEP THIS SERVER ALIVE WHILE PEOPLE SIT AROUND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

If you joined this server just to sit here, never attend sessions, never participate, and never contribute anything, then WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE?!

And let me make one thing VERY fucking clear: NOBODY HERE IS IRREPLACEABLE.

I don't care what role you have, how long you've been here, or what position you hold. If you refuse to participate, contribute, or help keep this community alive, you can be replaced. There are always people willing to step up, take responsibility, and actually put effort into making this server successful.

YOUR ROLE IS NOT A GUARANTEE. YOUR POSITION IS NOT PERMANENT. AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP DOESN'T GIVE YOU A FREE PASS TO DO NOTHING.

📢 LSRPFR IS GOING SOUTH DAKOTA RP! 🇺🇸🚨

We have a BIG update for LSRPFR!

LSRPFR is officially transitioning into a South Dakota RP-focused server! 🌾🚔 This means the current LSPD and BCSO vehicles/liveries are being replaced with our new South Dakota departments.

🚔 LAW ENFORCEMENT

The following departments will be replacing the LSPD/BCSO setup:

🚔 Brandon Police
🚔 Besford Police
🚔 Clay County
🚔 Lincoln County
🚔 Turner County
🚔 Yankton County
🚔 Minnehaha County
🚔 Sioux Falls Police
🚒 FIRE DEPARTMENTS

We're also adding dedicated fire department liveries:

🚒 Irene Fire Department
🚒 Sioux Falls Fire Department
🔥 WHAT'S CHANGING?

The old LSPD and BCSO vehicles will be removed/replaced with these South Dakota-based vehicles and liveries.

This gives us a much more South Dakota-style RP experience, with multiple counties, cities, police departments, and fire departments available for roleplay.

More South Dakota departments, vehicles, liveries, and RP opportunities may be added in the future!

🚨 STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT — WE NEED TO TALK. 🚨

I’m going to be 100% fucking honest with everyone because I’m beyond pissed at this point.

Pine Ridge RP and LSRPFR are DEAD. We announce sessions, we prepare everything, staff gets ready, and then what happens?

FUCKING NOTHING.

Nobody joins. Nobody shows up. We sit there waiting for people who said they wanted sessions, only to end up running practically empty servers.

Do you have any idea how fucking frustrating that is?

We spend hours setting things up, working on the servers, creating departments, fixing issues, organizing sessions, and trying to give everyone something fun to do. And when it’s finally time to play, it feels like we’re talking to an empty fucking room.

I’m not expecting everyone to be online 24/7. I GET THAT PEOPLE HAVE LIVES. But if you actually want these communities to survive, you have to fucking participate.

Don’t complain that the server is dead if you’re never showing up.

Don’t ask when the next session is if you’re not going to join.

Don’t say you want the community to grow while doing absolutely nothing to help it grow.

WE CANNOT KEEP DOING THIS.

I genuinely want Pine Ridge RP and LSRPFR to succeed, but staff cannot carry an entire community by ourselves. If nobody gives a shit enough to participate, eventually there won’t be anything left to participate in.

So this is the wake-up call:

🔥 JOIN SESSIONS
🔥 INVITE YOUR FRIENDS
🔥 GET INVOLVED
🔥 HELP KEEP THE COMMUNITY ALIVE

Because I’m tired of putting in all this fucking work just to watch both servers sit empty.

The servers aren't going to magically come back to life. WE NEED YOU.

— Owner / Management

ALRIGHT LISTEN UP. I am extremely disappointed. The fact that we have 15 members and yet only 1 of them joined. What is insane to me is the fact that all of you claim they are here to roleplay, and yet i haven't seen, or heard from @david price @Aaron @Samantha Radford @Builder_man @Mouse @the designer @Bacon boi @Bryanlovejesus_15 or @dudesandwich27 yet. I am extremely disappointed in all of you. I get that some of you have lives and are busy a lot like jd and billy, but the fact that i know damn well that atleast 20% of this server, are unemployed bums or kids under the age of 16. ALL of the applications we get for EVERY department, all say that they are active 8 time out of 10. Which seems to me like that is some bullshit. You all are replaceable so if you arent going to roleplay here, get the fuck out. I am sick and tired of being a chill owner who gives leniency and gets taken advantage of. So from this moment on, we will have an availability channel where you have to participate in 3 sessions every week. Non negotiable. I am done treating everyone differently due to the fact you are all different people. If you can't meet our standards, you will be replaced. Jesus Christ people, help me out.

Signed, @329 |LEO| LSPD
