Label it as NSFW...

Or in the case of females

Vaginal/breast Piercings
Or Any tattoos in thoes areas

I dont mind such things... but please keep in mind we don't have a strict NSFW section yet as im unsure if it will be a approved addition by the community as a whole...

Thats also why labeling such things will help
