This only applies to people in the US or people with a US password.
Discord has decided to implement an arbitration clause, which basically prevents you from taking any sort of legal action against Discord. If you don't opt out before the 30th of April, you will not be protected by law and therefore have to privately settle anything that happens with the company.
You can opt out by emailing [email protected] using the NCLC template, which is pretty simple.
You never know what can happen, so it is highly recommended to do this.
