Where to Buy a Cuff and Strap 2-in-1 in Lebanon

Anyone knows where I can buy something like this? ( Cuff+Strap 2in1)

Online or around batroun/tripoli

The one in the picture cost 31 usd without delivery, so I think it's a bit too expensive.

I know these might be a niche item, but just trying my luck.

Lebanon Debate: Israeli Withdrawal and Iran’s Influence

The government's plan for Israeli withdrawal made sense, but Iran wants this win

Mods deleted my post about this because they, for some reason, misunderstood the clear as day fear I have about Iran-sponsored Israeli withdrawals. So let's reiterate.

Our government achieved a logical plan with Nazi Israel. "Pilot Zones" where the government slowly takes control of southern villages, removing illegal weapons. This makes the most sense. Israel is never withdrawing without a guarantee that Hezbollah isn't fully disarmed.

Obviously, Iran and by extension Hezbollah "rejected" this. They want full immediate Israeli withdrawal. Lauaghably illogical.

So, as a homesick displaced southern person, I understand the real reason behind this rejection- Iran can't lose its influence to the Lebanese government. We are a perfect bargaining chip in its negotiations with the US.

If any US-Iran deal were to cause Israeli withdrawal, Hezbollah and Iran score a huge win, and then again I'll hear exaggerated heroic anasheeds once I cross the Litani.

Hezbollah was militarily defeated but holding Lebanon and the Shiite community hostage, FM says

Israel withdrawing because of Iran would be a huge loss.

I miss my home in the south, but this is precisely why this is a bad idea. A win for Iran is a win for Hezb. Thus, they will rearm, and this happens all over again a year later. I'm tired boss. I don't want fake wins.

What is Hezbollah's argument now that villages are falling in the hands of Israel?

In the past, Hezbollah's rhetoric was always on the line of: "If it were not for us, Israel would be now in Beirut / Saida / Awaale... etc". By the end of the first war (Isned Gaza) Israel had conquered 5 spots and Hezbollah claimed that Israeli incursion were thwarted by their resistance.

Now, even with resistance, they are managing to gain ground at a very fast pace. What is their argument now to the loss of land and life?

Lebanon Debate: Direct Talks with Israel, Indirect with Iran

So we're doing direct negotiations with Israel but indirect negotiations with Iran?! I mean at that point I miss "Iran is as bad as Israel"

I'm not with Hezbollah and I don't care about Iran, I care about society in Lebanon. Israel is occupying our land and ethnically razing our people and fragmenting our society. Iran is fighting Israel for reasons totally unrelated to us. We have an interest in negotiating with Iran to find a common path against Israel, if only temporary. I don't see how this government (that all tawaif support, subhan Allah!) has our society's interests at heart.

Plan a 10-Day Lebanon Trip: Top Places and Tips

recommendations for places

Hello everyone,

I'm Lebanese and currently living in Dubai. im 29. I haven't been back to Lebanon in about seven years. My wife is Russian, and we're planning to visit Lebanon at the end of June for 10 days.

We'd love some recommendations for the best places to visit, especially churches, historical sites, museums, hiking trails, and other must-see destinations. We're particularly interested in Lebanon's mountains, nature, coastal towns, and beaches—especially around Batroun and northern Lebanon.

Several people have recommended Wadi Qadisha (Kadisha Valley) and Deir El Qamar in the Chouf region, and we'd like to know if they're worth including in our itinerary.

We'd also appreciate advice on areas that are currently considered safe for tourists and any regions that are best avoided due to security concerns.

Could anyone suggest a well-balanced 10-day itinerary that combines history, culture, nature, mountain villages, hiking, and some relaxing time by the sea?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations!

Lebanon Debate: Taxes, Hezbollah, and Public Subsidies

Some Uncomfortable facts for some of you.

This guy is one of the top pro hezb accounts on X and one of it's most active supporters. He's all but admitting that they(who don't pay taxes) live off the hard earned money of those that do. To everyone who screamed at me and attacked me for saying some people with a certain affliation to an illegal iranian proxy, don't pay taxes.

Here's one of them admitting it himself. So the argument is pointless. But this raises an important question. Why are hardworking citizens subsidizing people who contribute nothing? Why is this allowed to happen why are we not talking about it?

Iran’s Influence Over Lebanon Ceasefire Decisions

Iran thinks it calls the shots over Lebanon ceasefire, says PM

“It’s clear why Tehran rejected the ceasefire,” Salam, who gives the impression of a man who thinks faster than he speaks, told The Times. “Tehran wanted to say Lebanon is a card in our pocket, that ‘we decide on Lebanon’s behalf … we are the decision-makers’.”

This was illustrative, Salam said. “If this tells you something it’s how much the [Iranian] Revolutionary Guards are in control not only of the military and security apparatus of Hezbollah but also of the decision-making.”

When the US and Israel attacked Iran on February 28, he called Nabih Berri, the Shia speaker, who held some leverage with the militants.

“‘Mr Speaker, I’m very concerned. I’m really troubled’,” Salam recalled telling Berri, who replied that he was planning to meet leaders of the militia that day. When Berri called him back a day later, he was optimistic. “He said, ‘I met them, and I’ve called to reassure you. Don’t worry, they won’t [join the war]’,” Salam recalled.

Reports of Hezbollah Border Infiltrations and Clashes

HezbAllah Fighters Crossed into occupied Palestine causing casualties.

While their media tries to claim the Zionist occupation has total control over the border, the reality on the ground is completely different.

According to Hebrew media:

A HezbAllah fighter crossed all the way into the Margaliot settlement completely undetected with a rifle and ammo. He set up an ambush, waited for an IDF patrol, and opened fire causing deaths and injuries among them before he died a martyr.

Now, Hebrew media is admitting this wasn’t even a lone wolf thing.

A whole group of fighters actually infiltrated Misgav Am and Margaliot, and the Israeli military completely hid the news from their own public until they couldn't cover it up anymore. Another infiltration apparently happened last night around 11:45 PM that they also tried to bury.

Right now, Israeli Army Radio is saying the entire security establishment is in "complete shock" because at least two Hezbollah guys are still roaming around inside Israeli territory and the IDF can't find them.

The zionist occupations most elite special forces, Shayetet 13, have been deployed to the infiltration area

2 of the HezbAllah fighters have been martyred.

This just proves the narrative they boast is a joke. Despite all their claims of "victory," HezbAllah isn't just holding the line in Lebanon they are actively crossing the border, bypassing Zionist surveillance, and taking the fight directly inside occupied Palestine.

Lebanese truce violation

Third time Hezbollah violates the ceasefire. Not surprising though.

First, they hit Israel, then Israel hits Dahieh, then Iran tries to hit Israel but fails, and now, Israel hits both Iran and Dahieh.

What do Lebanese people think of Hezbollah?

As an outsider, I genuinely get curious as to what you people think of Hezbollah? I always see huge support for Hezbollah by non-lebanese people (which I personally do not agree with) but I really want to understand the situation from the people’s perspective. How has Hezbollah been allowed to keep provoking and starting wars with Israel which in turn keep dragging the whole country down with them throughout these wars?

Is Hezbollah getting weaker/struggling to resupply?

I would assume with the Assad regime falling Hezbollah would be having a harder time getting supplies from Iran over land, so are they getting more stuff by boat now, are they manufacturing more of their weapons?

Lebanon Marital Rape Law and Beirut Airstrike Updates

Why is Marital Rape in Lebanon still not a crime? And has no political party ever push for it?

According to article 503 of the Lebanese Penal code "Whoever forces women other than his spouse, through violence and threats to have sex, is punished for hard labor for at least 5 years." The article limits the crime to non-marital.

I know there was a push in 2017 which was, I think by a women's rights organization and NOT any prominent party in Lebanon. This one managed to remove the article that allowed Rapists to marry their victims and go uncharged which very tied marital rape.

Lebanon’s Religious Tensions and Future Unity

Religious tensions in Lebanon

Do you think Lebanon could split in the future into a Christian, Sunni, Shia state. Since Muslims and Christians can’t really coexist and don’t like each other.

There are also differences in terms of the Israel-Palestine conflict. Almost all Lebanese Christians love Israel and hate Palestinians. While Sunnis and Shias support Palestine. Do you think the Lebanon we know now won’t exist in the future?

Lebanon’s Religious Tensions and Future Unity

Atheism in Lebanon.

Do you feel like atheism has been growing lately in Lebanon. As a Lebanese atheist I think a big aspect of whats causing that is the wars our country has been through. The Civil War, and all of our wars with Israel has been down to religion.

Lebanon Debate: Negotiations and the War’s Endgame

What's the endgame?

They started shooting rockets towards israel in support for Gaza. As a result, events escalated quickly towards a fully fledged war with Israel which lead to a total distraction of the south, tens of thousands of casualties and injuries and the displacement of some hundreds of thousands of citizens.

Therefore, I do believe negotiations is the way out, because at this point, I do not think hezbollah even knows what's the end game.

My opinion in this a bit complicated, which manifests itself by ignoring those people specially on socials because they are selfish for taking this foolish decision.

Let me know your opinion

Thanks
