Points are used to run Community Guru because each report requires processing and analysis on our end. To get access to points, you’ll need to be subscribed to one of CommunityOne’s plans.

Once you’re in, you can ask AI Community Guru things like:
- what events you should run in your community
- what users think about a specific product or feature
- insights on your most active or valuable members
- key trends, sentiment, and topics during specific time periods
- content ideas based on what your community is already engaging with
