There are two things left: our smart routing feature where we would alert a human when our bot doesn't know the answer + Discord knowledge sync. We've made good progress in terms of figuring out the specs and UI experience over the week. Here are some details:
Smart routing: we will automatically detect what your server is about and related keywords knowledges in order to determine what to route to you and how. This will be a premium feature only with a lower price tier.
For Discord knowledge sync: We will get up to 1000 (20 for free) knowledge bits. We will also understand the context, edit your response to make it more polished before you can opt in to feed your knowledge docs.
Finally, a majority of our upgrade will be available as either entirely free or free with a limited cap. That's mainly determined by the amount of AI calls to instruct our bots on what to do. But we plan to set a much much lower pricing tier for our premium version of spark.
