Goodmorning! Today let's reflect on times where you thought something was impossible for you to finish.
What emotions were you feeling?
Overwhelmed, anxious, afraid, angry?
Now let's look into how to channel those emotions constructively.
What made you feel overwhelmed?
Was it the amount of tasks or the weight of the final destination?
"How do I make this positive?"
Mental prioritization has helped me with these. If the end goal seems too far away, break it down into smaller tasks and celebrate all of the small wins along the way.
"But what if the amount of small tasks are overwhelming?"
Let's once again shift our mindset. Remind yourself of the goal/purpose of the task(s) ahead. Why is this important to you? Why does this deserve the effort?
Then, you need to find ways to better enjoy these tasks. Make them feel like activities instead of work. You will look forward to making a game out of everything. Not into games? That's fine! These instances are easily interchangeable!

Experiencing one of the other obstacles instead? Let's talk about it!
