if you get a random invite from someone -- EVEN IF YOU HAVE INTERACTED WITH THEM BEFORE -- do not join the server until they positively confirm they intended to send you the invite - if you hear nothing from them, there's a good chance they've been compromised.

if you clicked on this invite or any like it, go to settings > devices and click the button that says "log out of all devices", which should invalidate the stolen sessions token.
you can also go to settings and permissions and manually delete all the ones you did not allow. we recommend you change your password as well. If you get a DM that is inviting you to a server please report it to the mods via #🆘︱speak-to-a-mod

hi everyone! as you know, we have been putting all our efforts into moving the garden over to stoat. this decision came after we learned discord was rolling out mandatory age verification to access nsfw content.

as of yesterday, discord has officially delayed these changes. this is great news because it means we don't have to rush as much as we thought, and it gives stoat more time to add the features that you all love and miss from discord.

to explain what is happening, discord has delayed the march rollout due to massive user backlash. they are now pushing it back to the second half of 2026. they're trying to play PR now by promising more "user-friendly" options like credit card checks or on-device facial estimation, but don't let the headlines fool you. they haven't backed down; they are just trying to calm the storm and stop people from jumping ship.

none of these "concessions" make nsfw communities like ours safe. in fact, we are essentially the only ones who will be targeted by this later in the year. discord is still the same company that tried to force this on us, and we still don't trust them with your data.
