Yeah sorry I’ll work on this soon
Thorn- -# Deep within the countless worlds and dimensions that existed beyond one another- or a simpler word- the multiverse- there was one world hidden away from the rest. A world nobody could simply stumble across.
-
The No Zone.
-
It was basically served as a prison. And it was small planet containing a big island, all surrounded by endless waters. It was a pretty small planet, only containing this island. The prison itself stretched across the island’s surface, built in ways that would make little sense to outsiders. Gravity was distorted here, although it wasn’t the type of gravity where you couldn’t touch the ground or if you were flat on the ground. No… for the veteran prisoners and guards, however, it was normal. You see, a wall could become a floor with just a step onto it, and vice versa. Sidewalks ran along vertical surfaces. Entire cell blocks sat on ceilings. Guards casually patrolled what appeared to be walls while prisoners walked beneath them. It was as simple as stepping onto a different surface and suddenly that became your floor. You’d think that would feel weird, but once you step onto a wall, it was as if you’re pushing that wall onto the ground.
-
Anyways, deep within one of the prison’s more secured sectors, reserved for inmates considered dangerous, violent, or simply impossible to deal with, sat a certain pink hedgehog. The thing is, any dangerous or powerful creature would get their powers stripped away with the collar that’s around their neck. Not only does it strip you of your powers, it shocks you too.
-
Either way, she looked familiar.
-
She was an alternate version of a much more beloved hedgehog from another reality.
-
And unlike her counterpart, her quills were rough, scruffy, and noticeably sharper. Including the edges of her body. Like the tips of her ears and the shape of her shoulders. It was more scruffier.
-
With her expression, she always looks like she would- or could start a fight at any moment. I mean she absolutely would.
-
The only thing she wore was the standard no zone prison jumpsuit. Or well… what remained of it.
-
The upper portion had been ripped apart a while ago- and the thing is, she’s only just came here. It exposed her shoulders and collarbone. The guards had stopped trying to replace it since she’d just do the same thing again- or I doubt they would replace it after the first suit, seeing as a lot of prisoners wouldn’t care about how their suit looked like. The guards only care as long as THEY HAD ONE.

Thorn- -# And to be honest, the guards had stopped trying a lot of things.
-
She sat upon a cold metal slab that served as a bed. It looked more like a small bench but no, it was a clearly very uncomfortable bed. With no pillows or blankets. Her back resting against the equally cold wall behind her. One ankle rested atop her opposite knee while her arms remained crossed tightly against her chest.
-
The expression on her face resembled that of a rebellious teenager caught red handed and was grounded soon after. Super stubborn.
-
Her gaze remained fixed on the opposite side of the cell, where the only things there was a sink and a toilet. Though she looked above it, just the wall. She refused to use those, she’d ~~shit~~ on the floor if she had to, I’m kidding. Kind of.
-
She inhaled deeply through her nose before letting out a long irritated huff.
-
Honestly, with her infamous personality and how most guards hated being assigned to her. You’d think she’s been here awhile, but you’d be wrong. She’s only been here for about two days, or what would feel like two days.
-
Guards hated her for a reason, some of them would get bruises from trying to move her, some had scars from getting too close. A few outright refused to interact with her altogether. She was just that bad!
-
Feeding her was usually a big challenge in itself. Sometimes she’d grab the guard through the opening before they could react, or sometimes she’d shove the tray right back into their chest. Where all the flood slush would hit back into their face.
-
Sometimes she would start a fight because she felt like it. She hated everything and wanted everyone to know. The prisoners weren’t safe from this, hence why some prisoners aren’t in the cell next to her. They were lowkey afraid of her.
-
Simply put, she wasn’t very liked here.
))
Thorn- -# The moment the voice reached her ears, one of her eyes twitched slightly.
-
Great. Another guard, she shouting. Honestly, she was starting to wonder if there was some kind of competition between them. Maybe they all sat around a table and took turns trying to be the one that finally got through to her. It certainly felt like it. Every few hours it was the same thing. BeHaVe. lisTen . cOoporAte!. Stop attacking people, stop throwing trays, stop threatening inmates, stop trying to break things! Blah blah blah. Honestly they sound like her parents. Did they seriously think she cared?
-
What was another year? Another ten years? Another hundred? What exactly was she supposed to lose? It’s not like she had somewhere waiting for her outside these walls. Besides, if they threw someone into a prison hidden away from the rest of the multiverse itself, she highly doubted the sentence they gave her was merciful to begin with. She was gonna get out anyway. Whether that happened through another zone cop, when a break out happened, or she managed to escape this cell and sneaked into the room where they held the teleporters.
-
The pink hedgehog let out an irritated breath through her nose before suddenly vanishing from the bed in a blur of motion. A faint pink aura trailed behind her as she shot across the cell, reaching the bars in what felt like less than a second. She was fast, hardly as fast like Zonic / Sonic but it was still pretty fast.
-
Her hands wrapped around the cold metal bars as she leaned forward, looking upward at the zone cop. Crooked eyebrows lifted upwards with half lidded eyes that stared directly into his visor, and a a small crooked smile, a sadistic expression that she could see through his visor. It would twitch as she spoke,
Y’know…
![]()
-
With a calm, slightly quiet voice she continued, getting closer to his neck,
Your voice sounds familiar.
![]()
-
She straightened slightly, though only enough to lean even closer toward the bars. Her head tilted to one side while her eyelids lowered further. Their faces as close as it can be separated.
And boy does it irritate me.
![]()
-
Her nose wrinkled slightly, her smile turning quickly into a frown that snared at him,
Let me guess..
![]()
-
Her eyes slowly traveled over his uniform before returning to his eyes, it looked different than the others she’s seen. And then, she’d point at it,
Top class cop? Big hero? One of those people that walks around thinking they’re always right because they’ve got a shiny badge and a title?
![]()
-
A half scoff - half laugh escaped her.
Figures.
![]()
-
Her grip tightened around the bars.
You people always act the same. Walking around with that whole ‘Im dOiNG tHe rIgHt tHiNg’ attitude. Acting like you’re BETTER than everyone else because you’ve convinced yourselves you’re the good guys.
Thorn- -# She rolled her eyes dramatically as she spoke sarcastically. Then she’d grab the bars above her head and leaned into the bars till her body and head touched the cold metal, smiling although it was far from amused- it was in an irritated way.
WELL GUESS WHAT! You’re running a prison in the middle of nowhere where people spend the rest of their lives ROTTING in cells while you tell yourselves it’s justice.
![]()
-
Her eyes narrowed,
I don’t care what you do. What are you gonna do? Add another decade? Another century? Oh nooooo, whatever will I dooo…
![]()
-
Her ears flicked as she gets angrier and angrier the more she spoke.
Do your worst. You can shock me, you can burn me, you can HUMILIATE ME. YOU SHOULD SEE WHAT I DID TO MY WORLD’S SONIC, DOING THAT TO YOU WONT BE ANY DIFFERENT. DONT FUCK WITH ME.
![]()
-
She’d calm down, lowering her head as she huffed out. Heaving just slightly as she lets go out of the bars, crossing her arms.
Save the speeches for someone who actually cares, boot licker.
))
Y’know…
