No, man. I’m not talking about the balance display itself. The balance is in the wrong place; I deposited funds on the Polygon network, whereas they should have been automatically converted to pUSD on Polymarket first. That’s why the balance shows as zero. The team is working on it.
You're right that different bet sizes can change the number of shares received. However, I think there is also a separate commission/fee charged by Polymarket, not just a difference in shares.
However, I haven't managed to test the pear yet to see how it works. You could probably test it.
I also deposited on the Polygon network, and it automatically converted to Polymarket's pUSD. I thought that wouldn't be an issue from the start.
That's exactly why I said the fee doesn't show up, only the number of shares and the nominal amount. I was asking about the fee being left out of the transaction notification.

Depositing USDC on Polygon automatically converts it to pUSD on Polymarket.
I suspect that because I made the deposit on the very first day—before the update—my balance didn't automatically convert to pUSD and remained on the Polygon network; consequently, I am unable to place bets.

boss Is an additional fee charged when selling shares before the term expires or upon withdrawal after the term ends? Or does it apply only to the buy?
