We’re reopening applications for Support Team.

The role is focused specifically on customer tickets — answering questions, helping with purchases, troubleshooting common issues, verifying orders, and making sure customers get fast, helpful responses.

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication and comfortable helping customers
• Active and able to respond to tickets consistently
• Able to follow our support guide and ask when unsure
• Reliable, mature, and easy to work with
• Able to learn quickly and pick up how our support system runs
• Availability that helps cover our current support gaps

Priority timezones / coverage:

We’re especially interested in applicants from:

- :earth_asia: Southeast Asia / East Asia
- :flag_nz: New Zealand
Most needed coverage:
Early Morning: 3 AM – 10 AM ET
Late Night: 9 PM – 3 AM ET

Applicants from any timezone can still apply. Your actual availability matters more than where you live.

Previous support or staff experience is not required. We care more about activity, reliability, communication, good judgment, and how quickly you can learn.
