This phase focused on strengthening the everyday world loop by improving NPC-supported shop access across the city, making sure players have more consistent access to important goods without muddying the purpose of each store type.

💊 Pharmacies Added
- Pharmacy shop support has been added
- Pharmacy location was set up and tested
- Medical item access has been expanded through a proper dedicated shop type
🔫 Gun Stores Restored
- Gun store access has been brought back online
- Ammu-Nation/shop functionality was restored and tested
- Weapon shop coverage is now back in the city loop
🛒 NPC Shop Inventory Audit
- Existing NPC-supported shops were reviewed
- Weak or limited item pools were cleaned up where needed
- Store roles were kept more intentional so each shop type feels more useful and distinct
