Blood of the Messiah: Understanding the True Covenant

1st Peter 1:2
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Leviticus 17:11
For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

Exodus 24:8
And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.

Psalms 50:13
Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?

Hebrews 10:4-7, 14
For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

God's Word (Foundational Beliefs #7)

The Bible (translated from the received [aka majority] texts such as the King James Version) is God’s inspired Word, though written by man, is the authoritative, infallible revelation of God’s will, and is the full, sufficient, and only rule of faith and practice.
