Today IDGC delivers it's standing on Hemisphere V Brutal complaint filed this ending October. Based on it's solid ground of fairness and transparency, we acknowledge our rulings cannot supersede BAF terms and conditions, Discord rules and most importantly state and federal laws relevantly applicable. It's in this understanding that we hereby find as follows:
That,
1) The starting offer was done in personal chats. This wasn't done under the supervision of a middleman or supervisor.
2) The unofficial Dito Games server did not provide proper outlines for supervisory requirements and procedures.
3) There was no recognition of State or Federal law.
4) Neither of IDGC laws were follows.
5) The accused failed to provide defensive argument.
6) Hemisphere is an IDGC member while Brutal is not
Therefore;
1) This case cannot be determined by IDGC laws.
2) Failure of Brutal's cooperation led to a consideration of exercising right of silence as stated in the call up notice.
3) The Unofficial Dito Games should hold temporary liability for failing to supervise and enforce fair procedures for the transactions.
4) The IDGC shall summon the Unofficial Dito Games Administrators for further explanation before a mediatory ruling is achieved.
5) By the virtue of lacking IDGC compliant procedures and full membership by both parties, this case is handed over to an Independent Mediatory Tribunal that shall be constituted today by the Head Administrator while we transfer official communication to @International Dito Games Account
6) We issue a 7 day notice to Hemisphere, Brutal and Unofficial Dito Games Administration to present their petition to @International Dito Games Account before 7th November 2026 where we shall have the first mediatory tribunal hearing.
This does not constitute a final ruling. Considering IDGC rules and regulations cannot be used by Head Moderator (EXIM), The tribunal shall exercise alternative means of rules.
