IDGC Announces October 2026 Mediation Review

This message seeks to announce that on Friday the 30th of October 2026 we shall have the first landmark determination of a conflict arising between one of our member @Hemisphere and the accused Brutal for theft and possible scam. One of them being a non member means our server rules cannot be enforced, so we shall use discord, dito games and the other platforms they used terms and conditions. We have encouraged both sides to send evidence and explain their case before Friday otherwise we shall take silence as exercising right of silence. This determination herein serves as a reconciliation and mediation efforts and not a legally civil enforceable conflict as it is not determined by the judiciary of the countries of the Defendant and Accused. The ruling shall first be decided by the Moderators then if need be for any party to appeal they shall do so to a team of administrators, presenting similar evidence and petition presented to the moderators. We shall observe fairness and justice to both.
