Shrinebreaker Update: Guild Tournaments & New Rewards

Résumé

Magestorm Hub shares the Oct. 27 Shrinebreaker update, featuring guild tournaments with three rounds of Conquest and new season rewards at ranks 11 and 13. The patch also fixes duplicate arena listings, clarifies match start times, and makes spell cycling skip empty slots.

Shrinebreaker update - Tue, Oct 27, 2026

  • No more doubled names in the arena list. Entering an arena right after reaching the tavern could list another mage twice, one copy that never moved; each mage is now listed once.

  • When the match starts. While an arena waits for its match to start, the match status at the top now says when it starts ("Starts at 8:30 PM") instead of "Match 1 in progress".

  • New season rewards at ranks 11 and 13. The season pass now has 15 ranks: reach rank 11 for the Ember Leaf spell skin (fire wrapped in swirling autumn leaves) and rank 13 for First Frost (ice crystals and falling snowflakes), and the rank-up pop-up now tells you what you unlocked.

  • Spell cycling skips empty slots. Switching spells with a controller or the mouse wheel now skips empty slots and wraps around to your first spell.

  • Guild tournaments. Guilds can now play tournament nights: a guild leader or vice leader enters the guild, at least three members confirm they are playing and check in on the night, and the guilds play three rounds of Conquest where winners meet winners. Open the Tournaments window with T or the new Tourney plaque in the tavern to sign up, follow the bracket and see the champions.
