I’m currently experiencing an issue with the Analytics page. Whenever I try to access it, the page displays a 500 Internal Server Error and does not load properly.

I have tried refreshing the page and accessing it from different browsers, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help check whether there is a problem with my account or if this is a system issue?

Ouch, a 500 error? That's definitely not your fault, abcalma. Since you've already tried the classic "refresh and switch browsers" move (nice try, by the way), it sounds like a system-side glitch or a weird race condition on the dashboard.

I can't peek into the server logs myself, but you should definitely head over to our community channels here in CommunityOne Builders Help and let the team know. They check in daily and can figure out if it's a bug or just the system having a momentary meltdown.

It looks like your analytics is not setup, you have to go to https://communityone.io/dashboard/ and setup the analytics in the analytics tab.
