Alcremie Decorate Team Help & Suggestions

The main concept for the team is get alcremie next to one of the big hitters, and after a decorate or 2, utilize the huge damage to become a one shot machine.
Currently my main plan has been alcremie with froslass, with the aerodactyl a recent addition to deal with charizard, who otherwise wins the weather war.
Aerodactyl is statted to be able to oneshot 32def charizard y without needing to mega, and is otherwise defensive, with just enough speed to be outsped by alcremie.
Alcremie holds the choice sharf to be able to outspeed base 120 pokemon by 1 single point, so froslass will always get the decorate boosts first.
tinkaton provides fake out (anti farigiraf) and is a decent bulky-ness attacker.
whimsicott is a secondary support mon for after decorates go up, providing tailwind if necessary, as well as encores.
kingambit is, well, kingambit.

Big issues I'm aware of are mimikyu trick room and redirection, which force me to not be able to use alcremie.

What can I do to improve this team? I'm considering sneasler over kingambit as a one-shot machine after a decorate, with fake out, as a potential lead.
