champ tier rain team
This is the team I used to hit top 200 early into reg m-b. Dual mega rain with swampert and venusaur. The team is fairly hard to pilot but I think it always gives you a chance in each matchup.

I usually bring sableye to each match, most of the team is very reliant on screens. Sableye + Archaludon/Sylveon is my perferred lead in most matchups. If the other team can damage archaludon too fast, lead sylveon
Against Sun: Bring sableye and pelliper, its really important to keep weather control so use both setters. Try not to let sableye get knocked out early. If the opponent has sun up in the endgame its usually a loss
against staraptor sableye+sylveon is strong, use reflect+hyper voice or reflect+hyper beam turn one
the moves on swampert are variable, flip turn and ice punch are also good options
get rid of earthquake
its really not that good of a move, especially when you can use ice punch or flip turn instead.
ice punch deals with garchomp, flying and grass types, meanwhile flip turn provides strong utility
