Champ Tier Dual Mega Rain VGC Team

Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments announcement sharing a champ-tier dual mega rain team featuring Swampert and Venusaur with screen support. Includes lead choices with Sableye+Archaludon or Sableye+Sylveon, weather control tips vs Sun using Pelliper, recommended EV splits, move recommendations like ice punch and flip turn, and general matchup and endgame advice.
This is the team I used to hit top 200 early into reg m-b. Dual mega rain with swampert and venusaur. The team is fairly hard to pilot but I think it always gives you a chance in each matchup.

notes:
I usually bring sableye to each match, most of the team is very reliant on screens. Sableye + Archaludon/Sylveon is my perferred lead in most matchups. If the other team can damage archaludon too fast, lead sylveon
Against Sun: Bring sableye and pelliper, its really important to keep weather control so use both setters. Try not to let sableye get knocked out early. If the opponent has sun up in the endgame its usually a loss
against staraptor sableye+sylveon is strong, use reflect+hyper voice or reflect+hyper beam turn one
the moves on swampert are variable, flip turn and ice punch are also good options
get rid of earthquake
its really not that good of a move, especially when you can use ice punch or flip turn instead.
ice punch deals with garchomp, flying and grass types, meanwhile flip turn provides strong utility
Do you mind explaining a little on the EV splits? Who are you trying to outspeed/tank/one-shot?
earthquake is strong next to pelliper or to clean up endgames where the opponent is chipped down. but yeah I see your point it can go either way

Swampert is max attack with enough speed to outspeed jolly mega aerodactyl with swift swim, the rest is in hp
venusaur has enough hp to live modest charizard-y weather ball with thick fat, outspeeds max speed base 60's
Sableye has enough sp.def to live whimsicott moonblast and moonblast from bulky mega floette under light screen, the rest is in defense
Pelliper outspeeds adamant sneasler in tailwind, enough sp.a to usually ohko sneasler with hurricane and bulky charizard-y with weather ball, sp.def to live max special attack moonblast from mega floette,
archaludon outspeeds jolly choice scarf basculegion in tailwind, archaludon lives adamant sneasler close combat, sometimes lives zard-y weather ball
sylveon lives adamant sneasler dire claw, outspeeds jolly garchomp in tailwind
