XIP #20: Hyperliquid Listing 📩
This proposal suggests listing XBG on Hyperliquid's spot market to increase trading volume and exposure to a new audience of investors. The listing process involves an auction mechanism, and the proposal aims to allocate a budget to participate in the auction and acquire the XBG ticker.
- Hyperliquid is a leading on-chain exchange with significant growth metrics and industry presence.
- Spot listings are limited to 282 annually, making them scarce and non-dilutive.
- The proposal aims to secure the XBG ticker in Q1 2025 and bridge XBG to Hyperliquid.
- Listing on Hyperliquid does not negatively affect future XBG listings on Tier 1 exchanges. Higher trading volume will ease negotiations.
