During the beginning of their quest to gather signatures, they very openly opposed the UN, while flagrantly being unable to explain how the proposition could help other clans (see screenshot).
Further, many of the people who partake in the petition seem to be motivated by seeing the success of UN as the root of their issues, seeking to use UN as a scapegoat rather than trying to see how they can improve their own communities.
