No Siesta Operation Live - Re:Envision City

Summary

Re:Envision City launches No Siesta Phase 1, an Infiltrate-style Cayo Perico operation with cinematic helicopter insertion, objective-based PvE, compound door hacking, and final-exfil only. The update adds new CNTR:E gear, expanded loot, and heightened squad-focused raid gameplay.

🚁 Operation CNTR:E: No Siesta — Phase 1 is LIVE

The island thought it was getting a quiet night.

It was wrong.

No Siesta, our first full Infiltrate-style Operation CNTR:E mission, is now open for players in R:E City. No special tester perms. No secret handshake. No “ask staff if the forbidden button works.” Just gear up, deploy, and try not to become a cautionary loading screen.

🌴 What is No Siesta?

No Siesta is a Cayo Perico infiltration operation built around squad-based PvE action, objective progression, and escalating pressure.

You’ll insert by helicopter, move through the island, complete tactical objectives, breach the compound, secure the objective, and survive the final extraction.

Simple on paper.

Absolutely not simple when the island starts throwing angry mercs at you.

✅ Phase 1 Features

🚁 Cinematic Helicopter Insertion

Deploy onto Cayo with a dedicated intro sequence before the operation begins.

🎯 Objective-Based Mission Flow

Work through island objectives including:

  • rally point movement
  • disabling comms
  • recovering access codes
  • optional blackout sabotage
  • compound entry
  • vault finale
  • final extraction

🔐 Compound Door Hacking

Certain compound doors and gates can be hacked to move through locked areas. You’ll need to be close, intentional, and not trying to hack a door from three rooms away like a wizard with Wi-Fi.

💥 Final Exfil Only

Early exfils have been removed from No Siesta. Once you’re in, you’re committed.

Final extraction only unlocks after completing the last objective.

🧨 New Gear Added

The CNTR:E gear pool has expanded with new buyable and lootable equipment, including:

  • Frag Grenades
  • Smoke Grenades
  • Combat Pistol
  • Heavy Pistol
  • Combat PDW
  • Compact Rifle
  • Bullpup Rifle
  • Large Ammo Box
  • Heavy Armor Plate
  • Trauma Kit
  • rare loot-only Marksman Rifle

Grenades are capped, because yes, we know exactly what some of you would do with unlimited explosives.

🛡️ Armor Purchase Fix

Armor purchases now go into your CNTR:E stash/loadout flow instead of instantly applying to a merc. Prep your kit properly before deployment.

🧍 Merc Ped Override Support

Players using custom ped characters will temporarily transform into tiered CNTR:E mercenary peds during operations, then restore afterward.

No more sending a random civilian-looking chaos goblin into an elite island raid unless the game says so.

⚠️ Phase 1 Notes

This is Phase 1, which means No Siesta is playable and open, but still growing.

Future expansion may include:

  • more finale variants
  • VIP assassination routes
  • relic recovery
  • boss encounters
  • more music states
  • deeper stealth systems
  • more island patrol polish
  • more loot and reward tuning

🧪 What We Need From Players

Run it. Break it. Survive it. Report it.

Please report:

  • objective bugs
  • squad loading issues
  • weird enemy spawns
  • door hack problems
  • extraction problems
  • missing gear/loadout issues
  • anything that makes you say, “I don’t think Cayo physics intended this.”

🏝️ How to Play

Head to Operation CNTR:E, choose Infiltrate, and launch No Siesta.

Bring friends.

Bring armor.

Bring ammo.

Bring emotional support snacks.

Because once the island wakes up…

there is no siesta.
