What is LFG?

Looking For Gamers / Group

Why can't I make my own game topic?

This is to avoid spam, You can however message in any of the already created LFGs. This is to help keep this section cleaner.

Can I not play with people outside this channel?

You can! Just let them know when you plan on playing and let whoever you invite in here know that you have a friend(s) coming / player slots taken. Keep communication clear.

Where can we play?

Anywhere, I don't restrict users to use Cimmarian to play. If you wish however, below is our "Join To Create Gaming Voice Channel" Anyone with the gaming role can join these. This being said we don't allow external advertisements so please do not plug content, invite links etc outside https://discord.com/channels/141348668245671936/1120781790244773938

Is hosting my own game server or streaming a game event breaking the rules / advertising?

If you want to stream go ahead just don't plug it in the server unless it's under #self-promotion. If you want to share your game server then go ahead and share it but please don't put pressure on others if they are not interested and post it under the correct genre. DO NOT make it mandatory for them to join your groups, discord, community etc to have access. Let them make that choice do not invite anyone to take part in anything that requires them to join anything just to take part (VRC groups, stream chats, discord servers etc)

LFG Rules

Read the servers https://discord.com/channels/141348668245671936/1167582911466328134
