Second Haven New Server Requests & Discord Chat
Summary
Second Haven shares its active server request list and progress updates. Announced features include two-way Discord↔Minecraft chat, pet ownership transfers, BlueMap custom markers, player-specific NPCs as guides, and stopping snowfall on high builds. Currently on the server request list:
- Discord x Minecraft chat (this is going to be a game changer!)
- Pet ownership transfer
- BlueMap custom markers
- NPCs for specific players to remain in game as guides/hosts (like LuckyLuke stationed at the Minecart Shooter game in Fall Fest)
- Stopping snowfall on high builds
If you can imagine it, there's probably a way to do it! I love my Second Haven to-do list! This is the happiest, most rewarding work I've ever done. I love you guys!

Discord x Minecraft Chat (two-way chatting between platforms)
Visit the new #channel channel to type messages to players currently in our Minecraft world.
In Minecraft, type an exclamation point ❗ followed by your message if you want your message to appear in the Discord channel.

The way this plugin works is that I CAN remove the prefix requirement (no exclamation point required) but then there's no easy way to opt out of having all chat messages in Minecraft broadcast to the Discord channel. One way would be to alter permissions, but this would not be an in-game toggle you could turn on and off (not yet at least). It would make it possible to create an opt-in format, but once you're opted in, everything you type would be broadcast in Discord. Let me know what you all think! The prefix is a handy tool for now to ensure that your messages appear in Discord only if you add the exclamation point first, so no one will be broadcasting their chat by accident.
Already, commands like /whisper do not appear in Discord.

SUCCESS! Woah this plugin has thousands of custom heads! I set the permissions but I haven't tested it yet. When you login next, type /hdb and see if it opens a box where you can select one. If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll tweak the permissions.
