Promotions Update - Nextra TierList Staff Ranks
Summary
The [1.9+] Nextra TierList announcement updates the promotion system for testers and staff. Testers now progress Trainee Tester -> Verified Tester -> Senior Tester -> Head Tester while staff move Helper -> Support Staff -> Support Lead. Promotions are decided by the Operations Lead based on activity, maturity, responsibility and helpfulness, and top roles may be eligible for Moderator based on performance.

We changed the promotion system
For Testers : @Trainee Tester-> @Verified Tester > @Senior Tester -> @Head Tester
Every promotion will be decided by @Operations Lead and it depends how often you test and how mature you are.
For Staff : @Helper -> @Support Staff -> @Support Lead
Every promotion will be decided also by @Operations Lead and it depends how mature you are , responsible , active and most important Helpful.
If someone gets @Head Tester or @Support Lead They have a chance to get @Moderator And it also depends on his performance and value he built.
