Is there anything to be changed? I just put the EVs on a whim suggest changes if needed

I’m currently running this rain team but I’m not sure if it’s any good, I’ve been getting about 60/40 wins and losses and was just wondering whether it was the team or just my skill. I’m pretty sure it is just that I’m not incredible at the game but I just wanted to double check

Ive been thinking about a tailroom team with Whimsicott, Rillaboom and Farigaraff, and I whated to try Switcharoo, tailwind, moonblast and protect on a more bulky stat line up. How well could that work outside of shock value on ladder?
