I have been struggling at dealing with venusaur and Charizard / star and whim or grim
It’s a rain / perish song team. Idk which of these three mega’s u should use against them so could yalll help me pick a playstyle for them?

From what I can remember Politoad is meant to be prettt tanky and Primarina is also kinda tanky and a sweep

so, runninf 3 megas is not a good idea. Having 2 cores is good, 3 is too much, so I'd say you choose which ones you'd like to stick with
I never played Perish strategy so can't say much, but if you want to go with I'd say you trade Mawile for maybe Grimmsnarl who can give Fake Out and Parting Shot support for the perish mons
