I would better use Aerodactyl as a possible second Mega Evolution with Ice Fang Avalanche for Zard Tailwind and Wide Guard or Protect

I do say it works well but 90% of the time i'm just bringing aerodactyl lol
In the end you can just build your team however you want

Although to be honest, I feel it's a team that's more focused on giving Floette the most DPS, and a Grimmsnarl with screens to give it the most bulk seems fine to me
You could run it with fake out and replace sneasler or incin

Besides the fact that Parting Shot Prankster is abusive and very good for gaining positions, you could spam Intimidation with Incin after setting a screen

You'd have screen + parting shot + intimidate, basically rendering the attacker in front of you useless
