Help Building a TTar-Centric VGC Team

This is the stolen team am currently using. 2 problems, I have mainly physical attackers and I got walled up arch with stamina. The only want I could kill it was cc and scald with milo turn 1 but I end up taking a lot of damage. Secondly, I somehow prefer megaing ttar more which leaves physical xard in a limbo. Looking for a team around ttar. Maybe similar concept with a zard replacement? Any help?

I was just thinking if I could just drop xard for some other mega that does not really need to be mega all the time
Mixed. I just do not think am using it very well.
Today xard feels fine. But I was mainly thinking of replacing xard as I felt it was not pulling weight

It won't matter if both get dropped without screens or aurora easily

Xard wants to be played fast and buffed
Can't do that without supporting properly
Which is why they just aren't bringing him often
Double fake out is great but when you need that pivot after setting screen to find a way to get Ddance off
Incin doesn't fit that well without tw
Sneas however is def fast enough to pull it off
