I need a hisuian goodra team he's too slow for normal and too fast for trick room he's too slow for dragon cheer to work and he's less bulkier on the physical side which most fighting and ground type moves are

I wouldn’t write Goodra off because of its Speed. You don’t have to underspeed every slow Pokémon for Trick Room to help; you mainly need it to move before the faster threats you’re trying to beat. I’d start with a slower, bulkier Goodra rather than trying to make it fast.

A legal M-C set worth testing is Shelter / Body Press / Flash Cannon / Protect, with Sitrus Berry if nobody else needs it. Shelter raises Defence by two stages, which helps its physical bulk and also strengthens Body Press. Flash Cannon keeps you from being completely stuck against Ghosts. Farigiraf is a sensible partner to test: Trick Room gives you speed control, and Armor Tail protects the pair from opposing priority such as Fake Out. It doesn’t stop Taunt or regular attacks, so the setup still needs a safe opening.

Also, Dragon Cheer raises a partner’s critical-hit rate; it doesn’t fix Goodra’s Speed. What other Pokémon do you want to keep alongside it? That would help narrow down the remaining slots without building you a completely different team.
