You need to get a Farigiraf its pretty much a staple in a tr team. Is there a mega you wanted to build around or anything?

Slowking also works well as a trick room setter you can go slowking
- Trick room
- Chilly Reception

And pair it with mega Crabominable
For trick room and snow set up

If we are working with your box atm
Gambit can be nice
Hisui decidueye has a low base speed and good typing too

heres and idea of something we can start with from Mega Drampa as a starting spot

https://pokepast.es/97822a00435b23a3

The idea is lead farig and Grim to get trick room up and set screens (we can use parting shot on Grimm instead of spirit break) bring drampa in and start sweeping

If you want we can run a calm mind set on drampa and make him bulky
