What is orthworm doing tho?
I like the team concept but have a couple notes.
With Orthworm, I understand your thoughts on having it be an earth eater to pair with swampert, however the general thought with Orthworm is to pair it with the move shed tail and pull in another mon that is now behind a substitute. You have it set up correctly with a sitrus berry and being slower than you ground type attacker, however you should generally be in a relatively close speed tier to them to remove the possibility of being damaged below 50% and your shed tail failing.
Archaludon, not really any notes other than why do you have a single defense investment on it? Was that a fat finger thing? Also you might want to think about if you're willing to accept dragon pulse lower damage but no SpA drop.
Pelipper I like the move set but you shouldn't be running sash on it. It is generally better served as being more bulky with usually a sitrus berry, but I get that you are down a berry from Orthworm. If you don't fix Orthworm to shed tail, the berry should go there. Maybe a wacan berry if you want to keep it on Orthworm.
Swampert, this should be fine as is. If you are too frail in practice, play around with stats because you may not need as much attack invest as you are currently planning.
Oranguru, I don't really see your plan here. Like yes I get that you want to have something for instruct, however your strongest way of playing is big hitting spread moves. Instruct will not work in this scenario. You also have generally too much speed to really get trick room to work reliably. You never want Orthworm moving first and most of your team is middling to fast speeds which spells disadvantage in TR.
Ampharos just doesn't feel right here. To bring ampharos as a mega, you will need to not bring swampert. Swampert does not hold up without being mega evolved. I recommend swapping this for bellibolt if you want to keep the parabolic charge strategy.
The team isn't too bad, but has weaknesses you need to account for

i have tr and tailwind depending because none of my mons really fit into any unless i run rain

Like it doesn't feel inaccurate on its face but it drops your average damage output of a 120 BP focus blast to 84 if it was fully accurate

So with something like Charizard and Staraptor you have to remember they just aren't super bulky to begin with.
Like a max SpA Raichu volt switch OHKOs zard and chunks Staraptor for like 60-80% of its health

Ehhhh sometimes. Lightning rod is super useful and sometimes having a sashed non mega is better. Yes yaichu has more versatility but Raichu still gets fake out, feint and volt switch

It's specially squishy which is a problem for this meta and doesn't get to utilize guts which is its main draw

Hard tr always struggles to get results cuz its linear but it can feasably be used on a balance team cuz it has utility outside of tr
